Police Log: Man on video accused of possibly exposing himself - The Tracy Press

On Monday, at about 11 a. m. , a citizen reported that a man had possibly exposed himself at Jack Fisher Park, 561 Tennis Lane. The caller reported that the man had left the park on a bicycle after she confronted him. : A woman on the 1300 block of Holly Drive told police that she was taking a bath when a man looked through her window and took her picture. : Tracy police arrested a 26-year-old man at JCPenney, 3100 Naglee Road, after he allegedly tried to steal two pairs of running shoes. : A person on the 100 block of West Beverly Place reported that a driver had crashed into some parked cars. Though it was initially reported as a possible drunken driver, police arrived and noted that the man was more likely diabetic suffering from low blood sugar. Police made no arrests but forwarded a report to the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s office. : Tracy police and fire crews responded to a report of a house filled with smoke on the 2300 block of Bessie Avenue. : A woman called police to report homeless people in Dr. Powers Park, 900 W.
