The Nissan LEAF sold more than 30,000 units in the U. S. – the first time any plug-in vehicle has reached that milestone in a single year. Nissan also achieved the highest fuel-economy rating of any full-line manufacturer in the United States, according to the 2014 Environmental Protection Agency “Trends” Report.
