Marion Superior Court Judge Mark Stoner sent home the eight jurors who have been selected after a full day of jury selection Monday. Three suspects in a series of brutal home invasions that shook the residents of Meridian Hills and Windcombe in 2013 are scheduled to go to trial Monday in Indianapolis. Police said they were among a group of men who broke into a home on North Spring Mill Road in October 2013. Police said the men broke into the house, terrorized the residents, stole their cars and drove to area ATMs to withdraw cash with the... Four men went into their bedroom and grabbed their cellphones, according to court records. One of the men held the couple at gunpoint in the bedroom while the three others ransacked the home. Two of the men took the husband to the ATM to withdraw some cash. After deliberating for about 12 hours overnight, jurors found three men guilty of most felony charges they faced in a brutal 2013 home invasion on Indianapolis's Far Northside, including two men who are already facing decades in prison for their... The jury returned the verdicts for Michael Pugh, 23. Adrian Anthony, 22. and Taiwan Lundy, 22, just before 7 a. m. Friday morning after attorneys closed their cases Thursday evening following three days of testimony. Police said the men broke into the young couple's house in the 7000 block of North Spring Mill Road, ransacked the home, drove to area ATMs to withdraw cash using the victims' debit cards and stole many of their belongings, including the wife's SUV. Prosecutors asked the jury to find the defendants guilty of all 40 charges they faced. Jurors said he was not guilty of one count and could not reach a verdict on nine counts. 30 guilty counts, one not guilty and nine no verdicts. ? Anthony was found guilty of 35 guilty counts, one not guilty and four no verdicts. Deputy Prosecutor Kevin Kelly said he wasn't bothered by the jury's failure to reach a verdict on some counts.
