2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Spy Shots - Motor Authority

It looks like Land Rover is working on an update for its Range Rover Sport, as evidenced by camouflaged prototypes spotted testing near the Nürburgring race track in Germany. As this is an update we’re talking about, likely the second-generation model’s mid-cycle update, the changes should be minimal. The second-gen Range Rover Sport was all-new for the 2014 model year. The original model had a lifespan of about eight years, and assuming the same for the second-gen model it means we should see this updated version introduced for the 2018 model year. A 2016 Range Rover Sport has just been announced. It’s likely similar updates to those you see here eventually appear on the flagship Range Rover SUV, whose current generation was launched a year prior to the second-gen Range Rover Sport.
