Daniel Herrick, 47, of Gouldsboro, was summoned on a speeding charge Aug. 8 for allegedly driving 56 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone, police said. Police said Herrick was stopped in South Gouldsboro. 13 for allegedly driving 74 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone on Route 1, police said.
