This is a vintage 3 spoke steering wheel with a real wood rim. It measures about 14 5/8 inches in diameter and has a dish of about 1 1/4 inches as shown. The only markings I see are a stamping on the backside that reads, "Made in Mexico 1493". This is a very cool vintage steering wheel.
This wheel is in good condition overall as shown. The wood rim is very nice with no breaks or repairs. It looks like someone sanded the rim to remove the varnish/stain. I decided to leave it this way to give the buyer the choice of how to stain/refinish. The aluminum spokes are in good shape with some wear/scratching and should polish or brush finish very nicely. Again, I decided to leave this to the buyer. This is simply an awesome vintage steering wheel that deserves to be appreciated and used.
