Police locate missing Gates man - News 10NBC
Update: The Gates Police Department reports that Frank Moore was found safe by New York State Police in Alden just after midnight Sunday. Gates Police say Frank Moore, 75, was last seen around noon on Saturday after saying he was going to RG&E on West Avenue. They say he was wearing a black baseball hat, black jeans, a plaid gold/green shirt and is described to have a grey mustache and beard. He is driving a black 2007 Honda Ridgeline SUV.
