The Florida Highway Patrol says 57-year-old Tony Alton Southerland of Coolidge, Georgia was walking east across US Highway 19/27 around 6:38 a. m. in when he was hit by a 56-year-old man driving a 2004 Ford F-150. The Florida Highway Patrol says... His vehicle overturned as it entered a water filled ditch. Southerland exited the overturned vehicle and was struck by a passing Ford F-150 vehicle.
