Indeed, the Downtown--Tulsa S & J Oyster Company? oyster bar has gone through some changes recently in which this article (Scott Cherry - Tulsa World article "Review: New chef adds New Orleans flavor to S&J Oyster Co. ") discusses. HOWEVER, A *KEY NOTE* MISSING from this article is the fact that (as co-owner) Michael G. Denson played a HUGE ROLE in designing and directing the *REVIVAL* of S&J Oyster Co. through the NEW Tulsa--Downtown location. To clarify, in 1983, Howard and Sandy Smith opened the first S&J Oyster Co. in Tulsa. As a favorite oyster bar of many locals, S&J later opened locations in Kansas City, MO and Fayetteville, AR. Moving forward, in 2011, after the original S&J Oyster Co. had been closed for several years, *Howard Smith* approached *Michael G.... Therefore, Michael G.
