Zacharilla, one of the co-founders of the Intelligent Community Forum, is in Mitchell this week conducting a site visit as part of the Intelligent Top 7 competition. Mitchell and six other cities around the globe are in competition to be named Intelligent Community of the Year for 2015. The site visit, Zacharilla said, is required of every Top 7 city and used in part to confirm what is claimed in a 28-page...
