Arena crowd celebrates Bigfoot's birthday - Chicago Daily Herald
The legendary "Bigfoot" monster truck, a jacked-up 1974 Ford F-250 built by Bob Chandler in 1975, is turning 40 this year. A special celebration took place as part of the Lucas Oil Monster Truck Nationals held at the Sears Centre Arena last Friday and Saturday night. A birthday cake was also brought out, but before anyone could partake, Rockzilla, a fire-breathing mechanical dragon, devoured it.
