You are purchasing repair service for your current PCM/ECM.You must remove your ford trucks engine computer and then mail it to us for the repair service.
Handling & Repair time:
Once we recieve your unit the repairs are done same/next day and then its returned. Ebay's listed handling time is longer because we have to account for all our customers handling time to ship to us, the repair and then the shipping back.
Once we recieve your PCM We:
- Run our simulators and do a full diagnostics scan right out of the box.
- Disassemble and make all necessary repairs.
- Perform another full diagnosis.
- Re-coat PCB to protect against shorts & moisture.
- Run one final tests on the simulator.
- Package it back up & return to you.
This repair only fixes your damaged PCM. You MUST repair what caused the pcm to fail in the first place before installing your newly repaired PCM or it be damaged again.
How it works:
- You or mechanic removes your Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
- Package your unit up securely and include a note with your name, return address & your symptoms.
Please be as detailed as possible of the issue's your having and what you have done to determine the ECM is failing. - Purchase listing and mail us your unit. The mailing address will be provided after purchase.
Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-48hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Priority 2 day. - You recieve your original part that has been fully tested with any needed repairs and updates done. Just PLUG IN & GO.
