Aspiring formula racing drivers in America will have a new series to contest starting next season. Formula Race Promotions has announced the creation of a new USF4 Championship. The series will follow the new Formula 4 guidelines set down by the FIA that has already seen similar series take form in South America, Mexico, Italy, Germany, the UK, China, and Japan. Though the exact dates and locations for the 2016 USF4 calendar have yet to be announced, the organizers have confirmed that it will consist of 21 races split between seven, three-race weekends. While other F4 series around the world have used different suppliers, the backbone of the USF4 series will be a French-made Mygale chassis. 04 August 2015.
