Vycom Donates Seaboard Material to Northern Colorado Search & Rescue - SYS-CON Media (press release)

/PRNewswire/ -- Vycom, a division of CPG International, has donated its rugged Seaboard HDPE material for the Northern Colorado Search & Rescue's (NOCO SAR) emergency vehicles. The material was used in two Ford F150 trucks as equipment consoles that contain lights, sirens, three radios and USB ports. "Seaboard HDPE was the perfect alternative to metal because it is low-maintenance and has a nice texture for vehicle consoles. Marra, who is a machinist by trade, was able to save NOCO SAR additional labor costs by fabricating the Seaboard consoles himself. "We are very grateful that Vycom donated this material to save some wear and tear on our emergency vehicles," said Marra.
