You are looking at a OEM exhaust manifold flange bolt & nut set for any 2009-2019 RAM 1500 & 2500 & 3500 with the 5.7L or 6.4L, 2014-19 RAM 4500 with the 6.4L, 2009-19 DURANGO & ASPEN with the 5.7L, 2009-10 DAKOTA with the 4.7L, 2011-2019 GRAND CHEROKEE with the 5.7L & 6.4L. This holds the exhaust manifold and y-pipe together. The nuts are a special nut that clip and hold on the manifold so you don't have to hold them with a ratchet while you are tightening or loosening the bolt. This is enough nuts & bolts for 1 side.
