GM has set pricing and final towing specs for the upcoming turbodiesel-powered 2016 Chevrolet Colorado . The new mid-size diesel will be alone in its segment when it goes on sale later this year. Powered by a 2. 8-liter turbodiesel four-cylinder engine, the Colorado will be rated at 181 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. Chevrolet also will rate the Duramax-powered truck at up to 7,700 pounds of towing capacity, on rear-drive models. The turbodiesel will only be available on Crew Cab models in either LT or Z71 trim.
