Cars stolen in Beacon Falls - My Citizens News
BEACON FALLS — Police are investigating the late-night theft of two cars from homes less than a mile apart. Police reported a black 2007 Acura MDX with the license plate number 852SED was stolen from 171 Feldspar Ave. at about 1:45 a. m. July 31. Police said video surveillance from the home captured what appeared to be a full-size, four-door sedan drive up to the corner of Edgewood Drive and Feldspar Avenue. An individual got out of the car with a spare key to the Acura, police said. The person took the Acura, police said, using the spare key, and both cars fled the scene east on Bethany Road. Police also received a complaint of a larceny from a car at 30 Avenue D on July 30. No further details were given, and the cases remain under investigation. Source: www.mycitizensnews.com
