Woman dies after being rescued from submerged vehicle - Bismarck Tribune
TIOGA -- An 84-year-old Tioga woman whose car left a county road in northwest North Dakota and who was rescued by a passerby from her vehicle submerged in water in a ditch has died. The North Dakota State Patrol said Orpha Prather was traveling north on County Road 11 northeast of Tioga in Burke County last Sunday when she lost control of her 2002 Buick Park Avenue which rolled and entered the east ditch filled with water. A motorist saw the submerged vehicle and rescued Prather from the vehicle. Source: bismarcktribune.com
