JANESVILLE—A Janesville man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a charge of driving while intoxicated causing injury after a crash that closed Highway 14 for an hour, a Rock County sheriff's deputy said. Byrum, 63, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander west on Highway 14 when his vehicle rear-ended a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado near Harmony Town Hall at about 1:42 p. m. , the deputy said.
