Helena Police Department incidents reported Monday, July 27 - Helena Independent Record

On Sunday in the 200 block of Rodney, a complainant reported their vehicle stolen from this area sometime between 1:45 a. m. hours and 10:30 a. m. on the 26th. It is a 2001 Chevrolet Prizm silver in color with Montana license plate AAGL1098. On Sunday at the fairgrounds, employees at the fairgrounds reported that someone destroyed a brick fire pit at one of the buildings sometime between 3 a. m. and 7 a. m. on the 26th. No suspects at this time. On Sunday in the 500 block of Dreben Way, officers were dispatched here regarding an altercation between a mother and daughter. Subsequent investigation led to Kathy Luja, 56, of Helena, being arrested on suspicion of partner or family member assault, first offense. On Sunday at the fairgrounds, a complainant reported his 2009 blue Yamaha Grizzly 550 was stolen sometime between 11:30 p. m. Saturday and 3 p. m. Sunday. On Sunday in the 300 block of Wilder, a complainant called to report that sometime during the afternoon someone broke out the right rear window of his truck. Subsequent investigation led to Nightwolf Harris, 32, of Helena being arrested on suspicion of DUI third offense and also a parole violation warrant. On Sunday in the 1200 block of Walnut, a complainant called to report that someone had made fraudulent charges on her credit card. Source: helenair.com
