Crookston police chase ends in head-on crash - Grand Forks Herald
A Minnesota State Patrol accident report says Jeremiah Christopher Raper, 37, and James Tadman, 50, received non-life threatening injuries in the accident, which occurred when a Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Raper hit an unmarked law... Tadman is the chief deputy of the Polk County Sheriff's Office, according to the Sheriff Office's website. Local media outlets report Crookston police officers responded around 9:30 a. m to a call about a man acting erratically and leaving RiverView Hospital in a Monte Carlo.
