Car found with trunk full of explosives in Ciudad Victoria - KGBT-TV
Mexican authorities are investigating how a car with a trunk full of explosives ended up next to a state police building in Ciudad Victoria. Investigators said it all happened next to the Tamaulipas State Police building in Ciudad Victoria early Tuesday morning. Officials said an abandoned-looking 1989 Chevrolet Corsica drew attention from police. ------------------------------.
