Law Enforcement: Tuesday, Sept. 2 - Deming Headlight

The following reports were provided by the Deming Police Department. Aggravated DUI: Justin Williams, 27, Las Cruces, NM. Aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug and open container. Larceny: 1400 block of Whittier. Stolen items include two 28-inch flat screen TVs ($200), Play Station 2 ($250), three mirrors ($30), picture and frame ($20) and criminal damage to a door and door frame ($20). Larceny: 900 block of Walnut St. Jewelry valued at $1,580 was stolen. Stolen vehicle: 1000 block of Pine St. A 2004 Chevy Cavalier valued at $500 was reported stolen. A Specialized Mountain Bike valued at $500 was stolen. The following reports were provided by the Luna County Detention Center in Deming. Traffic: Valerie Medina, 43, 600 block of Santa Barbara St. Driving with a suspended or revoked license, unlawful use of a license and expired registration. Warrant: Steve Albert Martinez, 35, Albuquerque, NM. Failure to appear in Sierra County Magistrate Court. The following reports were provided by the Luna County Sheriff's Office in Deming. Illegal use of credit card: Dale Barber Sr. 43, said someone maxed out his Fingerhut credit card for $2,100. Warrant: Jessica Guadalupe Valencia, 36, Phoenix, AZ. Failure to appear U. S.
