On arrival officers met with the LPC officer who had a person detained for taking some items without paying for them. On arrival the complainant told officers that person(s) unknown had removed a Microsoft brand Xbox from her room. , recovered a stolen utility trailer. Officers acting on a tip from a concerned citizen went to a location where they discovered a 5x10 utility trailer abandoned in a wooded area. After an investigation the trailer was discovered to have been reported stolen from Montgomery County, and after further investigation, Clint Eugene Hart, 40, of Uvalda, was charged with one-count theft by receiving stolen property. , met with a resident at a Brobston Street address in reference to a burglary.
