OAKLAND (CBS SF) — The California Highway Patrol is looking for witnesses who may have seen a girl struggling with a man inside a car at the Bay Bridge toll plaza Saturday. A surveillance photo shows a tan or grey 1995-97 Chevrolet Blazer traveling westbound on I-80 at 8:37 p. m. Inside, a black girl about 9-12 years old with short hair, was witnessed kneeling in the center console area struggling with the right... The right front passenger was described as a black female adult, 40-50 years old, wearing a multicolored scarf.
