MORRISTOWN — State police on Wednesday charged Travis L. Durham, 23, of 8828 Route 58, Hammond, with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Troopers charge that at about 6:57 p. m. Wednesday at 19 School St. , Mr. Durham went to the door of the address, then walked back to his 1998 Chevy Blazer and passed out in the driver’s seat. Troopers were called to that location because of his suspicious activity and determined his blood alcohol content to be 0. 17 percent, more than twice the state’s legal threshold for intoxication of 0. 08 percent.
