AUSTIN (KXAN) – A man who crashed his car Monday afternoon in an East Austin parking lot had a blood-alcohol content more than five times the legal limit, according to Austin police. Officers said they were called to the Kensington Apartments near the intersection of Manor Boulevard and East 38th and 1/2 Street at about 5:30 p. m. , regarding a complaint of a highly intoxicated man who had hit a parked car in the parking lot.
