Manhunt underway for suspect in Bibb County kidnapping, fatal shooting - WVTM13
Authorities believe the suspect is John Barry Hubbard, 60. They say he's believed to be driving a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 with Alabama tag 7AB7003. Bibb County District Attorney Michael Jackson said Hubbard allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend... Court document show that the victim filed for a protection from abuse against Hubbard on May 18. The case was dismissed July 10 because the victim failed to appear in court. The Brent Police Department and the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office are both aiding in the search.
