A jury trial for a man charged with driving under the influence in a 2013 crash in Bradford County that killed a former Elmira couple is now scheduled to begin Oct. Bradford County District Attorney Dan Barrett, who will prosecute the case, said a key prosecution witness is out of the country during August and he asked that either a transcript of their earlier testimony be admitted for trial or that the case...
