42lb LS1 LS6 LT1 LT4 CAMARO CORVETTE IMPALA FIREBIRD FUEL INJECTOR SET
These are Bosch type 3 4-hole upgrade injectors with the EV1 style plug. At LS1/LS6 fuel pressure of 59lbs, they will flow 42lb/hr. at LT1 fuel pressure of 43.5psi, they will flow 36lb/hr. These injectors are either Bosch part 0280155737 or 0280155811 and we treat them as interchangeable.
These injectors have a custom injector retainer groove that we machine into them for use with the LT1 fuel rail clips.
These are not cheap chinese knockoffs. These are genuine Bosch injectors that we have remanufactured in-house. They are warrantied for als long as you own the vehicle.
We use an ASNU fuel injector servicing and calibration system. Our injector certification procedure is as follows:
1. Injectors have had their coil electrically tested
2. Injector exterior is cleaned
3. Dynamic ultrasonic cleaning breaks up deposits
4. Reverse flush removes any remaining deposits
5. High pressure leak test is performed
6. Injector spray pattern and flow rates are measured
7. Injectors are flow matched into sets and all new hardware and o-rings are installed
