AKRON, Ohio — An Akron man is accused of breaking into the construction site at what will be the new Firestone High School and lighting a portable toilet on fire. Limbach and several other unidentified people broke into the construction site order to go swimming, Akron police said. Limbach lit a small fire on the second floor and lit an outside portable toilet on fire. Limbach admitted to breaking into the construction site but denied setting the fire, police say. Limbach also is accused of stealing a power drill, a pry bar and several other tools from the construction site. The key to Limbach's 2001 Chrysler Sebring was attached to the lanyard. Akron police arrested later arrested Limbach and found the stolen tools in his car, according to police reports. The new building will cost $73 million and will combine the middle school and high school in the 338,000 square-foot building. Source: www.cleveland.com
