The FBI accuses an Oregon woman of hiring a felon to knock off her husband in Utah with an offer of $600 in cash, an online business, some property in California and a 2005 Dodge Stratus. "As part of the divorce decree, Hamill was ordered to take out a life insurance policy with a value of $100,000 naming Gygi as the sole beneficiary," according to an affidavit signed by FBI Special Agent Timothy W.
