Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest - Salina Post
A traffic stop near the I-135/I-70 Junction late Monday night, lands two Russell residents in jail on drug Charges. Sheriff Glen Kochanowski said a deputy pulled a 2003 Dodge Stratus over around 11 p. m. after the driver kept changing lanes. A total of 5 small baggies of methamphetamine were found, along with empty baggies. 38-year-old Justin Acheson and 38-year-old Sandra Ballentine were charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
