Cyclist killed after being struck by suspected drunk driver on Lookout Mountain - FOX31 Denver

— A cyclist died after being struck head-on in a crash on Lookout Mountain where alcohol was suspected as a factor Friday night, the Colorado State Patrol said. Tom Flanagan, 38, was riding westbound on Lookout Mountain Road on Friday night when he was hit by an eastbound vehicle about 6:10 p. m. He was taken to St. Anthony Hospital where he died, the Colorado State Patrol said. Officials said the driver of a 2004 Dodge Stratus went over the double yellow lines and passed two cars in the eastbound lanes, striking Flanagan, the Colorado State Patrol said.
