NeNe Leakes' troubled son Bryson Bryant has been arrested in a counterfeit check bust. The 25-year-old, who has a lengthy arrest record, was taken into custody for giving officers a false name during a raid at McDonald's in Georgia. Bryson was arrested along with another man after law enforcement was tipped off that a group of suspects were planning to print counterfeit checks at a local fast food restaurant. While the reality star's son was not arrested for printing the fake checks, he was taken into custody for allegedly giving officers on the scene a false name, according to documents obtained by Radar Online. Joseph Stewart, Bryson was present at the scene when he apprehended Inginac Walter Theodore for allegedly printing fake checks at the McDonald's. This was far from Bryson's first brush with the law - he has earlier arrests for shoplifting and driving with a suspended license. Although his blood alcohol level was proven to be below the legal limit, Bryson was given one year of probation in February 2014.
