Holder, 54, Mt. Sterling, IL for No Valid Driver’s License, Improper Lane Usage, and Failure to Reduce Speed / Accident at 16 & Jefferson on 8/27/15. Dawn M. Hankins... Powell of 717 Washington reported that an unknown suspect threw a brick through the driver's side window of his 1991 Chevy Silverado while it was parked at his residence sometime between 2230 hours on 08-15-15 and 1115 hours on 08-16-15. Allen B.... Jones of Hannibal, MO reported that he lost his wallet while at the Hy-Vee Gas station located at 1300 Harrison on 08-09-15 @ 1700 hours.
