Police say man caught smoking pot outside Dorney Park - WFMZ Allentown
A Brooklyn man is sitting in Lehigh County Jail after police allegedly found him sitting outside an amusement park smoking pot. South Whitehall Township police were called to Dorney Park and Wild Water Kingdom about 5:30 p. m. Tuesday for a report of a man sitting in a 2007 Dodge Caravan holding a burnt joint, according to court records. As police approached the van, officers reported smelling marijuana inside the vehicle, records indicate. Clemons was sitting in the driver's seat and allegedly acknowledged there was marijuana in the van. Police searched the vehicle and found a marijuana cigarette, 10 plastic bags of marijuana, a digital scale, about 200 empty plastic bags and a package of rolling papers.
