Reports by celebrity web site, TMZ said that Bieber's latest brush with authorities was courtesy of his speeding over the 25mph limit on a residential street in Beverly Hills. The report added that a fleet of at least four police cars pulled him over to give JB a ticket. The report said Bieber took the ticket and went on his way after promising the cops he would take it easy on the gas pedal. He received a reprimand after driving sports car around Calabasas, California residential community at top speed. He was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and drag racing in Miami, Florida, in January 2014. JB provided outstanding performance during the VMA singing his songs Where R U Now and What Do You Mean which brought him to tears. Bieber said the tears were caused by the overwhelming support he received from his performance after a brutal publicity from last year, reported the Independent.
