Shipping Warranty
Any shipments that appear to be damaged upon arrival must be reported to the carrier immediately. Please also notify Wild Diesel Performance as soon as possible. We will consult with the carrier to determine fault and to resolve the issue within the carrier’s policies. Lost or undelivered packages will be dealt with similarly. Errors in shipments such as incorrect quantities, miss-shipped parts etc. must be reported Wild Diesel Performance within 2 business days of receipt.
Limited Product Warranty
Wild Diesel Performance warrants its products and service to be free from defects in material and workmanship when used as intended in normal use and service for 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first (100,000 miles on heavy duty diesel applications). Wild Diesel Performance will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any unit returned within the limits defined above which upon examination is reasonably determined to be defective.
