Homeless man sought on theft, burglary charges - FOX43.com

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Lampeter Township Police have an arrest warrant for a homeless man on burglary and theft charges. Township police responded at about 7:47 Tuesday morning for a report of an attempted burglary at a residence that is undergoing renovations in the first block of Harvest Rd. Arriving construction workers found an unknown man inside the residence. The man stated that he was hired to clean up the site and left in a tan 1994 GMC Vandura full size panel van bearing PA registration #JML-0021. Police identified the suspect as Andrew Daniel Reed 59, who is currently homeless and living out of his van. Reed is charged with Burglary, Criminal Attempt at Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Mischief.
