Four Peaks Park is neighborhood park - FH Times

The School District has since closed the elementary school, but the park facilities remain and meet the needs of the adjacent Boys & Girls Club besides the community. On the north side a 100-foot by 300-foot soccer field was constructed with lighting and spectator seating. Also on the north side off Del Cambre Avenue a 750-square-foot restroom and control building was constructed for the convenience of park users. Nearby across the parking lot is the Mesquite Ramada with two picnic tables, two additional tables to accommodate handicapped users and a large barbecue. On the south side of the wash there are two multipurpose ball fields that have long served the community for Little League and adult softball league play and practices. At the rear of the former school building there are two basketball courts and on the far west side of the site there are two tennis courts with a parking lot for additional cars. Along the south edge of the park between the elementary school building and the Boys & Girls Club are two playground sites with equipment designed for age appropriate use. Specific facilities such as the picnic ramada, playing fields and tennis courts may be reserved by contacting the Community Services Department at 480-816-5100 to obtain a use permit.
