ASBURY PARK – Authorities have launched internal investigations against at least four police officers, including one who sued for sexual harassment 10 years ago. One officer resigned and three others faced disciplinary actions after internal affairs investigations started, Acting Chief Anthony Salerno confirmed. Salerno declined to comment on the specifics of these internal affairs investigations, but said the department has a “professional and aggressive internal affairs bureau” that works with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. “We must earn the trust of the public, and we are working daily to earn it. ”. Matthew Czajkowski, who joined in 2012 after being laid off in Trenton, resigned from the police force recently. The Asbury Park patrolman’s salary was listed as $62,350 in 2014, according to public employment records on the site for the Asbury Park Press, DataUniverse. Patrolwoman Jessenia Davila-Vick, who joined the force in 1998, was suspended with pay, Salerno said. Davila-Vick filed a sexual harassment claim against Salerno in 2004, claiming he made sexually suggestive remarks to her twice when she was pregnant. Patrolman Michael J.
