Twenty-four hours after selecting West Virginia wide receiver Tavon Austin at No. 8 overall, the Rams doubled up by taking Mountaineers teammate Stedman Bailey in the third round Friday at No. 92 overall. “We had them on the board based on their grades — not based on what school they attended,” coach Jeff Fisher said with a smile. “Our (coaching) staff has already gotten several calls from clubs that are a little disappointed that were right behind us. ”. Bailey’s pass-catching numbers were even better than that of Austin last year for West Virginia: 114 catches for 1,622... Bailey, remember, also was part of that private workout a week ago in Morgantown that included Austin.
