UPDATE, 9/3: Authorities said they found the suspect vehicle overnight in KCK and also have a person of interest in custody. , Police Department has released the identity of the man killed in a fatal hit-and-run on September 1. Darrin Smith, 24, was killed at 3rd Street and Oakland. KCK police also released information about a vehicle that's being sought in connection to the incident.
